If you are experiencing an issue with work we performed that you believe to be under warranty, please call the office during our regular business hours (Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM). We are happy to assist you and schedule a technician to come to your home if needed.
Below is basic information about the warranties on our workmanship and materials. If you have a question about the warranty on work performed at your home, please call us at (555) 555-5555 and a manager will return your call and answer any questions you have.
If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
If it is determined that the work we performed or the parts we used have failed, replacement parts are installed or the work is redone at no additional charge. Sometimes after a repair is made, other components in the system can stop working. If the issue is with another system component, your technician will give you a price for other repair options.

Your technician can contact the manufacturer / distributor to verify whether the parts or equipment are in stock or have to be shipped. They can also provide you with options for installation of the replacement parts or equipment.
Additionally, we do not warranty work performed if the customer chooses to make a temporary repair. The technicians document such cases and make this known before any work begins.
