Tech Service Hours

Our techs take their trucks home at night and are dispatched from their homes in the morning. This allows us to service a larger area more efficiently. Additionally, their trucks are stocked with thousands of parts so most jobs can begin immediately and finish without interruptions like going out for supplies.

Tuesday – Friday: 24 hrs
Saturday: until 9:30PM

Our office staff answers the phone during the hours listed below. After hours, you’ll still get a live person on the phone. On Sundays, Christmas, and Thanksgiving, you can leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.

If you call after hours during the week, (Monday before 7:00 am to Saturday after 10:00 pm) your call is transferred to our after hours phone service. The representative will take your information and take notes on the reason for your call. They will then get a hold of the technicians or manager on call, who will then call you back to confirm a time they will arrive.

If you call on Sunday (Saturday 10:00 pm to Monday 6:00 am) you will be able to leave a voicemail with your details and we will call you back when we are in the office Monday morning.

If you call on Christmas or Thanksgiving, you will also be able to leave a voicemail with your information and we will call you back on the next business day.

You will pay a little more to get a technician to your home after hours but they do not charge more for the work you want them to perform. Our prices come directly from our pricing guide; therefore, we do not have a different set of prices for work performed in the evening or on weekends.

Sundays are a time that we have promised our employees to keep sacred. We give them this day to spend with their families without having to worry about being called away for work. Many of our employees use this time to recharge, observe the Sabbath, or just unwind.

We are closed on Sundays and our technicians don’t run calls on Sundays. If you call in, your information will be collected and you will receive a call on Monday morning as soon as we are back in the office.

We are happy to honor any warranty on our work or equipment. If you have an issue that you feel is still covered under warranty, please call us. For more warranty details, click here.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty that can’t wait until Monday, please call another company to fix your issue. If you have to pay for work that is under warranty from Any Hour Services, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs that were made on Sunday, up to $250. Contact us Monday and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.

We are open and functioning as usual on most holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is a time that is set aside for our employees to be with their families, celebrating and making memories.

If you have a warranty issue, it will be handled the same way we handle Sundays. We ask that you please call another company to fix your issue and if you have to pay for work that is under warranty from Any Hour Services, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs up to $250 that were made on the holiday. Contact us the following business day and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.
